Two turtles embark on a quest for friendship. They encounter a sea monster, a sasquatch and magical fairies before finding a true friend. Friendship was created during Quickdraw animation’s 48 Hour Challenge. Ocean Demuth (age 7), Medina Dennie (age 8) and Zaiyah Dennie (age 6) use cut-out animation to bring Ocean’s imaginative story to life. Friendship was made at Quickdraw Animation Society’s 48 Hour Animation Lockdown, and was produced by the Calgary Animated Objects Society.
